Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers the One Fifty waitlist on this website, and nothing else. The app will have its own privacy policy, published before launch.
Who we are
One Fifty is made by Ratel Labs. Ratel Labs decides how your waitlist details are used: in the words of the law, it is the data controller (the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). You can reach us at support@onefifty.app.
What we keep
- Your email address.
- Whether you use an iPhone or an Android phone, if you tell us.
- The date you joined, and which version of this notice you agreed to.
We don't ask for your name, and we don't store your IP address with your sign-up. Cloudflare sees your IP address when you visit, as any web host does, and our check that you're a person uses it to tell people from automated sign-ups.
Why we keep it
To email you once, when One Fifty is on the App Store and Google Play, and to know which phones people use, so the launch goes well on both. That's all. We don't use your details for advertising, and we don't sell them or share them with anyone for their own use.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you join. You can withdraw it at any time, as described below.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores the waitlist, and runs Turnstile, the check that you're a person. Turnstile is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Resend will send the launch email.
These providers may handle your details outside your country. We use them under their standard data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Until 3 months after One Fifty launches, and then we delete the list. If One Fifty hasn't launched by 31 December 2027, we delete it then. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@onefifty.app from the address you joined with. The launch email will also have a link to take yourself off the list. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything we did before you asked.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, email grievance@onefifty.app and we'll look into it. In India you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India, and in the European Union or the United Kingdom to your local data protection authority.
Children
The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over. If you're younger, please don't join. If we learn that someone under 18 has joined, we'll delete their details.
No tracking
This website has no analytics scripts, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and it sets no cookies of its own. Turnstile runs only when you use the sign-up form.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your details, we'll tell you by email before it applies.
